Giving

Scripture Passage: 2 Corinthians 8:1-7

Here Paul is praising the church members for their strong faith, how they talked to one another in kindness. They also knew their Scriptures, were very earnest and showed love towards Paul. Now he tells them they should also be generous in their giving, especially in their giving towards the mother church. Are we generous in giving to our local church?

Questions:
1. What were the Christians good at doing?
They were good at having faith, speaking nicely and knowing the Scriptures.
2. What did Paul want them specially to do?
To give generously.
3. What does this verse teach us?
To give generously to our church at all times.
