Chameleon

Scripture Passage: Revelation 3:15-16

A chameleon is not warm-blooded as we are. Its body is the same temperature as the air around it. It is always "lukewarm". The chameleon also changes its colour to match its surroundings. When we act and talk like Christians when we are with Christians and act and talk like pagans when we are with them, then we are being chameleons. That behaviour is not acceptable to God. A Christian acts and talks like a Christian, no matter what the people around him are acting and talking

Questions:
1. Why do we say that lizards and chameleons are lukewarm?
Because their body temperature is the same as the air around them.
2. How do lukewarm Christians behave?
They act and talk like Christians when they are with Christians and act and talk like pagans when they are with them.
3. How does God feel about lukewarm Christians?
He is disgusted with them.
