Purity in Marriage

Scripture Passage: Hebrews 13:4-5

We are instructed to be faithful to our spouse, because God will judge those people who commit adultery and sexual immorality.

In these days, where spouses are not faithful, they run the risk of getting AIDS not only for themselves, but they can also pass the AIDS virus on to their partner. This can lead to early death for both of them. We should not worry about money, and be content because God has promised never to leave us. So we should live in such a way that everyone will honour our marriages.

Questions:
1. Why is the marriage bed to be kept pure?
Because God will judge the sexually immoral.
2. Why is it dangerous these days to be unfaithful?
Not only are we committing sin, but also we could get AIDS.
3. Why are we not to worry about money?
Because God will never leave us, and will care for us

Memory verse: Hebrews 13:4
Give honor to marriage, and remain faithful to one another in marriage. God will surely judge people who are immoral and those who commit adultery. (NLT)
